Shipping

We offer 2 different UK Shipping options for most of our products - 

Standard Delivery

Premium Delivery

Timescales and prices of these delivery options may vary, so please refer to the checkout page for current information.  

We also offer international shipping via Royal Mail

  • A small number of items are only available on a 10-15 working day service based on stock availability, but this will be clearly shown on your checkout page before you proceed.
  • For UK deliveries we only use Royal Mail Tracked service
  • Shipping times may vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.
  • Please note that the delivery timescale at present is just an estimate, although of course, we are working hard to get our orders out as quickly as possible

How Do I Track My Order

Tracking details of your order will be emailed to you with your dispatch confirmation. 

Exchanges & Refunds

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your items.  We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:

All items can be returned, excluding the following:

  • Personalised items
  • Date specific items
  • Clearance items
  • Headwear

This does not affect your statutory rights.

For the safety and well being of our staff and customers, we are following strict protocol with regards to the return of products.

Therefore, please note, the following rules apply :-

  • Items must be returned with all original tags attached
  • Items returned must be in their original cello packaging
  • Items must be unworn, clean, and in re-saleable condition.

Any items returned in an unacceptable condition (e.g. stains, human or pet hairs etc), will not be accepted, and the items will be returned back to you via Royal Mail 48.

  • If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund
  • Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange policy, since the day the item was received
  • To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid 'lost packages' situations.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
  • When the returned item is received and inspected, customer receives  confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
  • If the refund is approved then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customers original payment method shortly after.  Refunds are processed in 7-14 working days from the return being received back.
